Canadian Shipping

  • We Ship all our Canadian Packages with Canada Post 
  • each parcel comes with un to $100 insurance. 
  • Free Shipping is available on orders over $100.00 after discounts
  • Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your items have shipped. They will be located in your account under orders.
  • Items will ship between 2-6 business days; Longer during busy times
    • all are caps are handmade as well as made to order and that takes time.
  • Delivery time is around  3-8 business days after the items have been shipped

Pickup

We offer mailbox pickup 

We are located in Simcoe Ontario 

We will send you a notification when your order is ready for pick up and our location. Please note we are unable to offer items to be picked up on Weekends or Holidays. 


Pickup Processing Times are 3-5 business days. 
Please ensure pickup is done in a timely manner.
Select the PICK UP option at Checkout

We will send one reminder if the order has not been picked up within a week after that we will not chase customers. 

Choosing the pickup option at checkout and not being able to pick it up will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. Please view our shop Policies for further information. 


United States Shipping 

  • Items will ship between 2-6 business days. Longer during busy seasons
    • all are caps are handmade as well as made to order and that takes time.
  • All Items are shipped with USPS First Class. This option contains no insurance and takes approximately 2-8 business days to arrive.  
  • Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your items have shipped. They will be located in your account under orders. 
  • Free Shipping on Orders over $100.00 USD
  • Our Prices now include a 35% tariff. We ship DDP (Duties Due on Postage Purchase) ie all the fees are paid before it is shipped to you.

International Shipping 

  • Our international shipping carriers vary but most are shipped with Asendia 
  • Free Shipping is available on orders over $100.00 after discounts
  • Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your items have shipped. They will be located in your account under orders.
  • Asendia will transfer your package to your countries local carrier and will get a new tracking number you might be redirected to another page. 
  • Items will ship between 2-6 business days; Longer during busy times
    • all are caps are handmade as well as made to order and that takes time.
  • Delivery time varies by country.

1. All items are shipped within 2-5 business days. Please note this is a very good estimate, sometimes with ++ orders during the busy seasons it may take longer. 
2. International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes & Additional Postal Fees associated with their order.
