Shop Policies


All items will shipped within 2-5 business days.  During periods of high order volumes like sales and holidays your order will take longer, we apologies for he inconvenience this may cause. 


Order Issues

If you have an issue with your Custom Caps Co. order please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We are unable to help with issues that have not been reported within this timeframe. The items must be unworn. We are unable to cover any Caps that has been washed and/or cut before we are contacted.


At this point in time Custom Caps is unable to accept returns on caps due to Hygiene Reasons.  


Once an order is packaged, we will not accept cancellations. 


Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to cancel any orders with pricing errors. 

Out Of Stock Products 

Occasionally, an item you purchase may be out of stock. You will be given the option of a refund, or replacement. If you chose to replace with an item of greater value, you will be responsible for the difference in cost.  During clearance sales: Out of stock products will be automatically refunded without prior notification.


Discount Codes

Coupon codes MUST be used at checkout. We cannot apply codes to orders if they were not used at checkout, so be sure to enter them if you want to participate in the sale.
Custom Caps Reward Points cannot be combine with other offers. 


Lost Parcels

If you package has been deemed lost. (over 30 days with no movement on the tracking number). Then a full refund will be issued.

Custom Caps Co. CANNOT issue a refund/shop credit for packages that are marked as delivered. Nor will a replacement be sent. Please contact your local post office to resolve this issue.
